Asians see things differently ?!

There is a recent survey on how the asians and americans see things and they have concluded that they both see things differently. When said asians, the survey was conducted only with the chinese folks and not with anyother nationalities :(

The article still says that the Americans see the foreground and have a short view whilst the asians (read chinese) have a wholistic view and see the background and the entire picture. This research was conducted using the pilipatic movement of the eye (correct my spellling). If you have some time do read this article!!
